Internship

Quantity Surveyor

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
  • 5-10 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience or related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
  • Great networking abilities.
  • Must be able to review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
  • Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Should be able to keep track of materials and order more when required.
  • Should be able to document any changes in design and update budgets.

Senior Architect

  • Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture.
  • 5 years of experience in the relevant field with highly reputed organization.
  • Actively work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
  • Prepare or confirm key notes for inclusion in plans.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Incorporate finish materials, their required applications, and their installation requirements into drawings and plans.
  • Be experienced in both renovation and new construction and comfortable and confident in the role of project leader in
    external team meetings with Clients, the Client’s management team, architects, engineers, contractors, purchasing
    agents, and signage contractors; participate in related group conversations as a valuable, informed, creative and
    pragmatic member.
  • Conduct site visits for project photography, construction progress review and quality control investigation and punchlist
    updates; flag critical issues and alert team members; produce notes, addendums and assignments of responsibility.
  • Must be able to make feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • Ensure all meetings are documented with meeting minutes copied to all members involved in the process; update the
    project binders with RFI responses and field directives accordingly.

Junior Architect

  • Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field with highly reputed organization.
  • Must be a keen listener and should be able to identify the needs of a project.
  • Must be able to complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project.
  • Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to make feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.

Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer)

  • 7-10 years of experience in the relevant field with highly reputed organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise the site, manage the entire lifecycle of a project including budgeting, scheduling, procurement and resources allocation. Expertise in planning, designing and managing large construction projects.
  • Ability to develop and monitor a team of young and bright minds to groom them into result-oriented professionals.
  • Develop creative monitoring system to measure team progress.

AC Technician 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Must have good knowledge for inspecting, installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Must be able to diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
  • Must be able to install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
  • Must be able to make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic control.
  • Must be able to do a complete wash and service of the air conditioner and the outer unit.
  • Must be able to clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.

Electrician

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as an electrician for well-known institutions.
  • Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints, maintenance, and repair knowledge.
  • Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
