We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in the solar industry to design, implement, and oversee electrical systems for solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar PV systems, electrical design, and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of solar installations, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Design & Planning: Develop and review electrical designs, schematics, and layouts for solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee the electrical aspects of solar projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solar systems with existing electrical infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and safety.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the installation, commissioning, and operation of solar PV systems.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and testing to verify system performance and quality, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, project records, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a focus on solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst) and knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Strong understanding of grid-tied and off-grid solar systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
