Hassan & Hussain Enterprises is looking for a highly experienced and proactive Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer) to oversee our construction projects in Islamabad. With 7-10 years of experience in the field, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor a team of professionals while ensuring project success and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Oversee large construction projects, utilizing expertise in planning, designing, and managing.
- Develop and monitor a team of young professionals, providing guidance and fostering their growth into result-oriented team members.
- Create and implement innovative monitoring systems to track and measure team progress effectively.
Requirements:
